Do you like the idea of designing your own bouquets? Buying flowers in bulk can be a budget-friendly option for brides or party planners who have the time and the person power to make it happen. Pricing starts at $500.00. For an additional charge, we can lead a design session for you upon delivery of your flowers to prepare you to build your bouquets.

A La Carte Flowers

Don’t have time to make your own arrangements but don’t want the expense of a full service wedding? Browse through our a la carte menu of offerings. You can select the items you want, we’ll design them, build them and then you can pick them up from the farm before your event (delivery is available at additional charge).

Before you jump in to DIY flowers, please consider the following.

  • Do you have enough time to do flowers in addition to your other wedding or event week duties?

  • Do you have extra hands to help you make all the floral elements you want?

  • Do you have a workspace to make everything with access to water?

  • Do you have access to tools: buckets, clippers, vases, flower food, ribbon, floral wire, etc?

  • Do you have the ability to transport your creations?

How do I get started with either DIY or a la carte ordering?

Please fill out the form below. We will email you our information packet to get all your details and confirm availability for your date. Once confirmed, a 50% down payment for your order is requested. The balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. Our minimum order is $500.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Deliver in the local SF Bay Area is an additional $75.00 Or you can arrange a pick up time at our farm at 1000 Fish Ranch Road in Orinda.

I’m not sure how to make a bridal bouquet or centerpiece, etc. Do you offer design service help?

Yes. We’re happy to provide design service help. We can come to you with clippers, flower food, floral wire and ribbon to teach you how to make your pieces. Vases are available to rent (must be returned the day after the wedding) for $5 a vase. Pricing for design service help is $120.00 an hour.

Can I request specific colors and flowers?

Due to the small size of our farm and availability, specific flowers cannot be requested. We can do our best to match your color scheme but we cannot provide specific flowers. Some premium flowers will likely wind up in your bucket. Please remember these are seasonal and based on what is actually blooming at the time of your event.

Do the flowers need to be refrigerated?

It is recommended but not required. Just keep them in a cool room out of direct sunlight and they should last for one week (depending on varieties).

When can I pick up my flowers?

We recommend two days in advance of your event. For example, for a Saturday wedding, we’d recommend picking up on Thursday. Flowers should be transported in an enclosed, air-conditioned vehicle. Delivery is available for a $75 additional charge.
